| Institute of S Chinese Academy of Science is the biggest institute in the southwest area of China which pursuing the basic and forward research of photo electricity. The goal of the S institute is leading the important project, developing the research and production and builds the modem institute. The institute is facing more and more pressure, so the institute analyzes the salary system and redesigns the produce to realize the goal.The paper analyzes the problems of S institute with the methods of questionnaire, literature reading, and SWOT analysis.In order to redesign the salary system, the author visit majority of the leaders of the institute and the experts of HRM. Then the paper uses clarify series method to confirm the value of the position as the base of the salary. Then the paper uses position sequence partition to separate the position and to confirm the level of the salary. In the end bring forward the salary system basing on the inspiriting.The scheme is basing on the position and combining with the individual and performance. The redesign can support the aim of the institute because it can embody the importance of the position and the difference of individual. |
