Sichuan Tobacco E-hr Project Time Management And Risk Management Research

As The Sichuan tobacco of China is now in great change, All of the factors such as the adjustment of this industry by the government, the constructions of the company are needing to be more efficient and effective ,as well as more standard. So, it is not enough that we act as an unchangeable method during the informationization.The author of the present thesis has accumulated certain experiences in the program management of business operation support system since 2002.Based on his past experiences and further study for program management in UESTC, the author combined the international program management theories with his experiences and thus brought the program management system in the communication mobile company to completion.The author hopes that a more perfect program management support system for the business operation support system can be achieved through the study on the problems in the construction of Sichuan Tobacco E-HR system so as to promote the project program management efficiency and strengthen the enterprise's ability for innovation, reform and competition. The author also wishes that the program management methods, which are explored in the practice, could do help for all the tobacco companies'E-HR project of other provinces.
