Common Logistics Of Shandong Province Traffic Carrying Trade Information Platform Construction Project Plan Studies

With the trend of globalization and development of multinational corporation, logistics has become an important factor to enhance or restrict the economic development. The traditional logistics can not meet the need of the enterprises, so it must be turned to modern logistics. Logistic infomationization is the core in modern logistics, and the upgradation of logistics industry must be achieved via infomationization.Shandong province is an important coastal province and is strong in economy, so it has the privilege to develop modern logistics. As one of the first experimental provinces , its development in informationization directly influence the whole country in this aspect. In recent years, in order to encourage the development in logistics, Shandong has been continuously enhance the construction of informationization. Nevertheless, because of lack of precise strategic target and policy, there are many problems, therefore, it is significant to take the construction of public logistic information platform as an experimental point to press forward the logistic informationization of the whole province.This thesis is based on Project Management, Economics, Modern Logistics, Information and Supply Chain Theory. First, it explores the value of logistic information and informationization, analyzes logistic information technology and notion of public logistic information platform, its features and the necessity, which provides the theory for the project. Second, through the research of the present situation, problems , the customers, the risk analysis and demand analysis, this research provides the practical basis for the public logistic information platform of the whole province. Last, it provides the main contents and the process control.
