Today’s enterprise will be stagnant or even face the elimination and subversion,if not have information construction in the network area. The level of enterprise information and the construction of information resources are very close, they influence and promote each other. Many enterprises in the world have the information resources as a strategic resource, and the construction of enterprise information system are based on information resources. The application level of information resources is one of the important symbols to weigh the level of information. Information resources planning is the guide to improve the ability of the application of information resources, enterprises need to deeply understand and attach great importance to the information resources planning, from the enterprise strategic planning information resources.But really introduce the information resource planning and public transportation enterprise implementation of the landing is not easy, first of all to face and pay more attention to the increasingly serious "information island" problem, put shortcomings and gaps, provide the basis for improving; secondly to gain insight into the near term and long term development trend, a clear future development environment; furthermore, it is important to determine the total target and stage goal and plan a course of action, continue to promote the, do a good job of milestone in summary, continue to correct bias, to avoid deviation from the center and missing the point.In view of this, paper analyzes the present situation of J bus enterprise information construction and the main problem to solve.According to the domestic and foreign information resource planning theory, using IRP implementation methods, completed the j bus company information resource planning needs analysis, system modeling and implementation and application.This article is divided into six chapters, chapter one presents the research background and significance, puts forward the main train of thought and research methods.Chapter two introduces the related theory and research status at home and abroad. Chapter three analyzes requirement of information resource planning, the bus company in major business process, for example this paper introduces the functional requirements analysis and data needs analysis.Chapter four is based on the analysis of the demand in the third chapter, this paper discusses the function of J bus company modeling, data modeling and system architecture modeling. Chapter five is on the basis of requirement analysis and system modeling, proposed the implementation scheme of the information resource planning (erp) floor of J bus company.Chapter six summarizes the implementation of the information resource planning, and also need to further work is prospected.There are two innovation points of the thesis. The first is through combing J bus company core based information resources, make the system planning based on core infrastructure information resources, the second is according to the top-level design ideas, rethinking analysis system and data have been built and construct the information resource planning model based on bus business.J bus company’s information resource planning work is still improving, I hope this paper can have some inspiration and help to other public transportation enterprise information resources planning.
