Zhoushan Logistics Information Platform Based On The Characteristics Of The Port Industry

Under the background of Changjiang Delta economic integration, the development of the modern logistic concerning this area has been brought into the agenda. Zhoushan is located at the mouth of Changjiang Delta, and with the construction and operation of Shanghai International Shipping Center, Hangzhou Bay Bridge and Zhoushan Peninsula Project, the local advantages in developing harbour logistic are becoming increasingly outstanding.In view of this, after making a thorough research on the situations of Zhoushan harbour industry and shipping enterprises, with the present situations of the city's logistic base and informational construction into consideration, this paper states the importance in the development of harbour logistic of Zhoushan, its developing plan and its construction objectives based on detailed data resources. Then, how to set up an information platform for the harbour logistic? What kind of platform should be built? On one hand, this paper gives a detailed statement of the general structure of logistic information platform, its data flow chart and some other major problems which are needed to be taken into considerations. On the other hand, this paper makes a deep study into some problems related with Zhoushan information platform, such as the safety strategies, operational systems, application systems, the fault-allowance and catastrophe-allowance strategies and the exchange of electronic data information. Lastly, this paper puts forward some practicable advice on the practice procedures in the construction of Zhoushan logistic information platform.This paper is aimed to, through research into some major elements in constructing logistic information platform, provide some valuable ideas for building up Zhoushan logistic base.
