Remuneration system is an important part of the human resources system. A well-designed remuneration system not only contributes to attract the talents but also helping the organization to drive the potential of the existing employees. Furthermore, remuneration system design can directly impact on the organization's operational costs.Comparing with other industries, real estate development industry in China is the industry that mixes huge profit and intense competition. Therefore, how to establish a suitable and motivated remuneration system should depend on specific circumstances of the organizations.With the rapid development of the company A, the existing remuneration system no longer to meet the developmental needs, even it's becoming the barrier of the organization development. This article puts forward a remuneration system which covers all kinds of different positions (included executive management salary system, technical personnel skill-based salary system, marketing employee performance-based salary system.) It helps organization to increase the motivation of employees, maximize the enthusiasm of employees, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.It's cursory and groundless to determine there is one existing best remuneration system to fit the all organization in the world. The major purpose of remuneration design is to help organization to find out the most suitable and efficient system. In addition, remuneration system should be adjusted frequently once external environmental changes.
