| From 1950's, human resource has been the key element for creation of corporate wealth and at the same time, remuneration system, as the core of human resource management and staff motivation, has been more and more focused. Some countries especially developed countries have made trials and investigations on establishment of remuneration system and accumulated valuable experiences. The purpose of the thesis is to redesign the remuneration system of Haihua Group by referring to the advanced theory and experiences from all over the world.The thesis is to improve remuneration system of Haihua Group. Combined with the actual situation and the analysis of advanced remuneration system and current remuneration policy and effect of Haihua Group, the thesis will identify the problems in the remuneration system. To solve the problem, I will redesign the remuneration system of Haihua Group with advanced theory, in order to keep the talent and motivate the staff effectively to ensure sustainable growth of Haihua Group.The main features of the thesis: ( 1 ) The systematic elaboration and analysis for advanced theory and practices of corporate remuneration systems provide solid foundation for redesigning the remuneration system of Haihua Group. ( 2 ) The thesis will discuss the problems of current remuneration system of Haihua and the feasible solution and future goal of remuneration system of Haihua. ( 3 ) The thesis will focus on the three decisive factors including position, capability and performance for staff remuneration, will discuss in detail about the procedures to design a complete remuneration system including individual performance and group performance. ( 4 ) The thesis will also analyze and evaluate the advantage and disadvantage of the new remuneration system of Haihua and recommend the implementation scheme for the new system, in order to increase the feasibility of the new system.The theory and feasibility of the new remuneration system in Haihua Group will definitely bring value and reference to companies. |
