As a modern enterprise information management tools,ERP system loads of ideas and information technologies,brings historic change in enterprise management. In this thesis,as the enterprise information management and performance management,analysis and application,I hope to be able to through the above-mentioned two enterprises in the implementation of management tools to improve the internal management of enterprises to bring about some help,in particular the implementation of ERP systems for the enterprise,how through the introduction of performance management solutions as well as the management of people in a more sustained if the ERP system to improve the effective application of some help.
