This paper attempts to study the results of the use of corporate culture of Sunwin group to put forward innovative ideas and planning about the direction of enterprise culture construction through analysis and reflecting about the history and the condition,the experience and the shortcomings.In this paper,corporate culture summarized as follows:the content of corporate culture,including the outcome of the spirit and material,the nature of values and patterns of behavior with the dual attributes of cultural patterns and management,the dual function about the intangible assets and strategic resources.This paper reviews the cultural construction of Sunwin multi-group multi-level dimensions of the dynamic development process,which summarized the five experience and three shortcomings.This paper analyzes the development strategy of the Group of Sunwin constraints and the fulcrum of the medium and long term goals and strategies, issued that the matching functions and the supporting of it about the Group of Sunwin's innovation strategy,performance in core competencies as the influence of the "Sunwin person," so as to issue the support point of shaping the humanistic spirit of Sunwin culture of innovation strategy and the protection mechanism about innovation strategy of humanistic management,the innovative strategies about Sunwin culture through "Shaping" and "Building",two key points about the realize the Sunwin corporation's development strategy.This article issue and focus on how to "mold" and "build",and issued the key points:Humanistic spirit is the basic idea about people.The chain about human,human nature,human values and people's creativity,interpret the essence of the humanistic spirit. This article construct the basic framework of the humanistic spirit through the principle of universal,open and targeted,,the cornerstone of human essence,the pillar of staff concept, environment concept,the main plate of staff nature,staff values,personality concept,and the staff of life,staff ethics,professional staff,and team values,team business concept. And the article outlines the humanistic spirit of the "Sunwin version" through the combination the actual of Sunwin groups by the concise language and the heterogeneous cultural concepts"Humanistic Spirit" is the basic idea of people-oriented management thinking of business management.The management theory of human nature,values,creativity and the management features of human culture,human nature,and personification is the innovative human management.This article focuses on the "implantation" of the principles and approach to the humanities building management system,the idea of the mechanism and system architecture,system functions and system to control the specific design.
