In the context of the global competition is more and more intense, as it can be in a dominant position under the fierce international competition, Chinese aviation industry has also carried out corresponding changes, Aviation Industry Corporation of China is established on the foundation of the former two aviation industry corporations of China in 2008, and it proposes new development strategy. For the rigidity of corporate culture, reconstruction of the strategy requests to carry out innovation of corporate culture to change the values, norms and carrier of the culture to adapt to the new requirements of strategy in order to promote the achievement of the strategic objectives. Thus, these require Aviation Industry Corporation of China to carry on the innovation of corporate culture in accordance with their own characteristics to break out the bound of culture ideas so as to adapt to the changes of the external and internal environment. In addition, numerous precedents prove that enterprise integration is depended on the successful integration and innovation of the corporate culture. Therefore, the implementation of cultural innovation is the only way and key way for AVIC to grow and develop in a long time.Based on the related researches, this paper elaborates the development of corporate culture of Aviation Industry Corporation of China, summarizes the characteristics culture accumulated in the process of development, combined with its development strategy and internal and external environment, this paper conducts an analysis of the need for cultural innovation.Referring to the research results of evaluation model for corporate culture at the present stage, this paper establishes an evaluation model for the condition of corporate culture of AVIC, sums up several points of the deficiency in corporate culture, and carries out a profound analysis. Based on the evaluation results, this paper analyzes the objective system for the content of cultural innovation in AVIC. In particular, in accordance with the four-level structure of corporate culture, this paper elaborates the specific objective system for the content of cultural innovation in each level. Finally, this paper builds a complete structure of the corporate culture, and then presents the measures to achieve the target of corporate culture innovation.Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for implementation of the corporate culture innovation strategy, which are available for Aviation Industry Corporation of China to carry out the construction of corporate culture.
