Today, in the 21st century which is thought as knowledge economy age, the huge transformations are taking place from the contents to forms in the whole society. As for the private-owned enterprises in our country, going through 20 years of the reform and opening ,from none to being, from little to big, they play more and more important role in our market economy. To them which face the wave of the new technique revolution, the speed becomes the key factor of the competition and the innovation becomes the eternal topic of the competition, which show the effect of knowledge and cultures. Therefore, the research to culture innovation of the private-owned enterprises in our country is not only valuable to the further development of the private-owned enterprises themselves, but also has the profound influence currently and historilly to the development of our country's economy.This paper takes the strategic map as the main analytical tool. In this paper, many other motheds, example for the observation, comparison and demonstration etc, are adopted so as to undertake theory analysis and strategy discuss. On the view that the culture innovation can solve the development obstacle of the private-owned enterprises effectively, constructed is a model that our country's private-owned enterprises carriy on the culture innovation—brand culture + study culture + person culture—so as to serve for the innovation research in our country's private-owned enterprises.This paper is made up of three parts, namely the preface, text, and the conclusion, and meanwhile the text is divided into the following 5 chapters.Chapter one is the introduction.
