Taiwan L Han Travel Group's Development Strategy In The Context Of Integration Of Industrial Chain

With the development of economy,science and the advancement of society, the modern tourism from 1950s has come into an independent industry, and this flourish Trend is still in the ascendant, so tourism is looked as an international rising industry all over the world.The most brilliance character of this rising industry is the consume of substance and spirit can infiltrate into all the aspects of tourism, such as travel,play,reside,food,purchase,entertainment and so on. However, based on the evolution of industry all over world, the background of industrial chain reshaped bring great influence on tourism. Therefore, the traditional tourism mainly consisted as agency and guide business must comply the change of environment, and reshape and prolong there industrial chain to make some strategic innovation.So, based on the analysis of the exterior environment and interior resources and ability of tourism industry, this thesis analyze the trends of tourism enterprises, and combining the practice of Taiwan SHENHAN tourism group, analyze their strategy and practice experience. And also try to make some constructive suggestions to the strategy development of other tourism enterprise.
