Study On Development Strategy Of Tianjin Electric Locomotive Co.,Ltd.

In the basis of analyzing the development strategy theory,this thesis researches on the development strategy of Tianjin Electric Locomotive Co.,Ltd.,using the methods of PEST model,Five Forces model and SWOT model.And then it puts forward the suitable development strategy and some suggestions of implementation,in order to make use of the chances and advantages as well as tap the potential,modify shortage and avoid risk.This thesis firstly put forward the necessity and urgency of the enterprise strategic study arousing from the enterprise environment significant change,sets forth the study objective and realistic meaning briefly,and demonstrates the study using basic thoughts and research methods of strategic management.In the outer environment analysis,the thesis analyses the enterprise total environment employing PEST analytical method,analyses enterprise competitive structure intensity in detail,and makes a qualitative and quantitative predictive analysis on the market needs of locomotive&rolling stock heavy repair and locomotive engine manufacturing that are dominant products for the studied enterprise.In the inner condition analysis,this thesis analyses the organizational structure of enterprises,human resources,technical skills,management skills,operational capacity,marketing and corporate culture.Moreover,it makes a strategic analysis on the enterprise core capability and development advantages using competitive advantage analytical method.In the analysis mentioned above,this thesis comments the industry competitive intensity objectively,induces and analyses the holistic competitive advantage and core capability of the studied enterprise,puts forward the environment opportunity and threats facing the enterprise,proposes the advantages and disadvantages determined by the enterprise inner conditions,defines operating fields which the enterprise has had and will be likely to enter,and determines enterprise strategic targets.In addition,this thesis analyses some factors affecting enterprise strategic selections,works out strategic types prepared for the enterprise to select,and puts forward total strategy optional plans.Consequently,the enterprise total development strategy and business strategy are determined.Furthermore,this thesis explores the strategy implementing,especially analyses the product,market,human,organizational,production,technical and financial aspects.These analyses can be used as important references for the enterprise decision-makers.
