This paper discusses the culture difference of the transnational corporations of the impact of labor relations. The basic hypothetic is that national culture difference is objective and can not be changed in a certain period of time. Enterprise culture can be set up. According to different culture ,the adjustment system,the way of adjustment and the action result of labor relations is different. Culture difference is the reason of the conflicts of labor relations. It is a good way of adjustment to labor relations by managing multi-cultures and set up the enterprise culture in common.The dissertation followed such research route"how national culture impacts labor relations—how culture difference lead to the conflicts of labor relations—how to adjust labor relations by managing multi-cultures". There are six parts in the dissertation.Part one. Introduction. The part discussed the research background, significance, research route and method, and the innovation in the dissertation.Part two. Reviews. The aim is to help creating research route and method by reading and reviews of relevant research results.Part three. The impaction of culture difference on labor relations in transnational enterprise. National culture impacts the adjustment system,the way of adjustment and the action result of labor relations; culture"difference-energy"leads to the conflicts of labor relations. Part four. Case researches. Two case about the conflicts of labor relations caused by culture difference are used to study.Part five. Policy and advice--- improving labor relations. The conflicts of labor relation caused by culture difference can be controlled and adjusted by several steps, for example discernment of culture difference , communication, respection of culture, foundation of enterprise culture. Part six. Conclusion.
