Under the global economic environment it is an inevitable trend for corporationsto carry out the multinational business managements. Cultural diversity has been oneof the key factors that affect the multinational corporations' (MNCs') managementwithin the global economic environment. It plays an very important part in conductingthe management of the MNCs to research the cross-cultural pattern and managementsystems fitting the development of the MNCs.This paper first made research on the challenges and impact on MNCs broughtby cross-cultural management, and also put forward the idea that effectivecross-cultural management is a key factor to improve MNCs' management effect.Hence, there is a general analysis on basic theory of cross-cultural management inChapter II. Thereafter, there is systematical study on MNCs culture integrated strategyselection and execution combing with Yantai Timken management experience. InChapter III, first compare and analyse the two cultures in the company in order toprovide target support for cross-cultural management. On the basis of cultural analysis,Chapter IV brought forward cross-cultural management development strategy andexecutive tactics. For human resources is the key factor for fulfillment of corporationstrategy and tactics, in Chapter V there is study on associates training system in orderto back up strategy execution. Chapter VI is conclusion on execution effect andexperience.Yantai Timken's experience shows that awareness and resolution for culturalconflicts plays key roles for the foreign companies to achieve success in China.
