With the development of globalization and the intensification of market competition, the organizational culture gradually formed in the long-term development as stable values and norms, has increasingly become the core competitiveness of the organization. Organizational culture makes employees to form consistent patterns of behavior and promotes strong willingness of employees to stay here,and the ultimate goal is high job involement.This peper based on the CVF, focuses on the effect of different types of organizational culture and job involement and put organizational culture as as the moderator between person-organization value fit and job involement.The article also used questionnaires to survey employees,292 valid questionnaires were collected,258 of them were effective and then use statistical software SPSS22.0 and AMOS 17.0 and HLM7 to do some analysis on the collected data.The main conclusions:(1) Clan-oriented and innovative-oriented organizational culture have significant positive effect on employees’ job involvement;Hierachy-oriented organizational culture and market-oriented organizational culture have significant negtive effect on employees’ job involvement;(2)Person-organization values fit have significant positive effect on employees’ job involvement;(3)Clan-oriented,hierachy-oriented and innovative-orien-ted organizational culture play a a regulatory role in the relationship between person-organization values fit and job involvement.Finally,we put forward some suggestions of human resource management practices,trying to help organizations to take effective measures to improve the job commitment overall performance.Firstly.at the organizational level,companies should pay attention to values of new staffs which are fit with company when recruitment;And the organization should improve the openness and remain flexible and innovative environment.Secondly,at the leadership level,busines leaders should concern with working conditions and career development of staff,create a pleasant working environment.
