Along with the globalization of Chinese enterprise and the huge change of the global and China market influenced by the American Financial Crisis, how to survive in the current economic environment and prepare for the future economic resuscitation becomes the most important thing all enterprises should consider. Organization is the bone of one enterprise and the organization can be fit for the current operation and future development or not will impact the ability of one enterprise to accommodate the market change and impact the market performance of the enterprise. Under current situation, more and more enterprises need to include organization change into the consideration of enterprise development plan and get the enterprise target through help of organization change.Through the detail analysis of two organization changes of the global company HP Financial Services - the internal and external reasons of the change, the objective of the change, the process of the change, the way of the change, the impact of the change, the problems of the change and the solutions, we get some experiences and lessons and hope these experiences and lessons can be a reference to the organization change of China enterprises.Through the analysis of the two organization change of HP Financial Services, we can see that organization change is upon needs. Preparation and communication is the key factors to get to success of the organization change. Meanwhile, we find out that organization change should have prospection and can set up a platform for future development of the enterprise.
