Beijing Urban Sustainable Economic Growth Path Study

With the economic development and industrial structure restructuring in the past several decades, the industrial structure optimization of Beijing is obvious, the proportion of primary-industry and secondary-industry goes down gradually, and the proportion of tertiary-industry is increasing by a wide margin. The condition of economic and social development of Beijing improves obviously, and people's living standard also improves substantially. But there are also a good deal problems in some fields: for instance, the function of area economic centre should be reinforced, the international function is not complete, the contradiction among economic development, resources and environment exists generally, and it is prominent day by day. The present situation of industrial structure of Beijing has a certain gap while being compared with the international cities, especially, the proportion of tertiary-industry is over low, and the level of modern service industry should be improved. At the same time, with economic increasing, the problems such as environmental pollution, short of resources and the unreason of personnel structure expose to us, which become the bottleneck of economic increasing of Beijing. So Beijing Municipal Government must speed up to develop modern service industry, devote major efforts to develop high-tech industries, and achieve that the overall upgrade of tertiary-industry, take form an advanced industrial structure which is in keeping with the Capital function.The purpose of industrial structure restructuring of a city is to obtain economic sustainable growth of city, it is necessary to combine industrial structure restructuring with economic growth of city. To solve problems above, I choice the angle of view of industrial structure upgrade to study way of economic sustainable growth of Beijing, attempting to raise some policies or suggestion.For inquiring into the theory of economic growth and industrial structure, this article analyses the traditional economic growth of Beijing and the present situation of economic growth by truth analysis, based on this, I find out the problems and harms of traditional way, then summarize the reasons of the problems, all of these are prepared to raise way of economic sustainable growth of Beijing. After that I adopt standard analysis to raise the way from the perspectives of industrial development, human resource education, and cooperation with the cities around us. Finally, I put forward some measures to ensure that the target of economic sustainable growth of Beijing will realize.
