Why the future of Business is Selling Less of More.As the raising of the economics growth in China, the integration industry for Audio and Video facilities in China developed quickly. The yearly average speed of growth for AV Integration Industry is over 40%, well above the China average GDP growth, which is about 10%. More and more manufactories, distributors and integrators are joining into the AV Integration Industry. The opening and closing ceremony of Olympic in 2008 showed us how good the AV technology is. At the same time, the development and change for the internet technology and the content of service provide the possibility for widely information spread. On the condition that the AV industry and internet grow fast, it asked a communication plant for AV industry, then Uniav established.According to the research, the AV integration industry in China develops quickly. Meanwhile, there are some problems. One side, the portal search engine optimization is difficult to reach good effect. On the other hand, there have some misunderstanding and confusion for company' s internet promotion because company have no understood for infomationization. The two bottlenecks stop the industry' s development. That is the problem the Uniav meet.In order to solve the problems, the essay uses the marketing theory as a start. Tell readers that the Electronic Commerce in Portal is accepted widely in the circumstances of the new market and new competitions. By analyzing the AV integrated marketing, the target customer' s needs, the competitor' s characteristic, the study will draw a conclusion for the relationship between the element we offer and the portal management, direct the Uniav where to go. Then the study will show the readers the Uniav' s market strategy that include the differentiated marketing, the pricing strategy, the channel' s policy, the PR, the service and support policy. At the end of the study, it forecasts the problem the Uniav will possibly meet, the essential element for actualization, and calculate the possible taking in three years. Marketing strategy plays extremely significant roles in the portal management. It decides the direction of the portal development and the activities. The study designs the Uniav' s marketing strategy, offers the different solution compared with other portal in AV industry. And it provides the reference for other portal.
