In future, China retail business will open to the world step by step. It will aggravate the competition among retail enterprises. Chain, as a new commercial operation methord, appeared in the early of 1990s in China. But it has been relatively ripe in some developed countries and regions, such as America, Europe. Especially the advanced supply chain management provides us with a good chance to learn.In the future market competition will focus on the competition of supply chain.The retail trade is an important development of the industry. Its influence has penetrated the whole industry; the trend has become more intense competition. Therefore, this paper discusses how to carry out the large retail chain management, improving enterprise's competitive advantage and the whole supply chain; it has important theoretical value and practical significance. In this paper, firstly, on the basis of the supply chain management research, we studied the retail enterprise strategic alliance with suppliers, which extended upward to downstream supply chain and the impact of the economic efficiency, and then from the purchasing management, warehousing management, logistics and distribution management, sales management, we discussed supply chain management practice, Lastly, according to the present situation of the development of retail enterprises in our country and the existing problems, we presented concrete proposals for supply chain management improvement.According to the basic idea had been discussed, this paper discussed the supply chain management.
