Research Of Leagile Supply Chain On Retailing Enterprise

Retail is the terminal part of supply chain, it plays an important role in stimulating consumption, improving people’s living standards, and boosting economic development. Supply chain and supply chain management has always been a hot issue in academic research since it emerged, and it also is the decisive factor of retail enterprise competitiveness. The increasingly fierce competition in the retail industry making the profits in retail industry more and more thinner, this increasingly highlights the importance of supply chain management on the survival and development of the retail industry. Now the nature of competition between enterprises is the competition of the supply chain, in order to gain a competitive advantage, chain retail enterprises must adopt new management concept and technology, in order to obtain better benefits.The supply chain of retail enterprise is a chain that takes retail enterprise as the core, composed by suppliers, wholesalers, retailers and customers and pulled by customer demand. Social development has brought new opportunities to chain retail enterprises, and also put forward higher requirements. The fierce Competition and the diverse consumer needs not only requires the retail enterprises run more efficiently, but also requires retail enterprises can make timely responses to the rapid changes in the market. To survive and develop in the fierce market competition, chain retail enterprises must improve the economic benefits and enhance the capability to make quick response to market changes. On the basis of researching and reading related literature, i conducted further research on retail enterprise chains, and has made some achievements in enhance retail enterprises’ agile capability, and the article mainly focus on three parts:the supplier evaluation and selection, the location selection and establishment of logistics distribution center, and the retail chain inventory and the distribution joint optimization, and puts forward some suggestions of retail chain fine sensitization, hoping can provide some useful reference to retail enterprises supply chain management.
