As everyone knows, the minor enterprise plays an important role in the development of our national economy. Along with the domestic market daily opening, the foot steps of economical global integration speed up gradually At the same time, international and domestic economic competition become more and more fuzzy. The minor enterprises in our country are facing huge development opportunity, at the same time these enterprises must consider calmly how to seek for survival and development in this tide. By using the theory of Economics, it deeply analyzed electronic commerce's influence on enterprise's competitive power. It considered that electronic commerce was the effective ways for enterprise to achieve its competitive advantage and promote its competitive power. But with the development of the world economy, more and more minor enterprises can not make profit, what is worse, some of them are on the brink of bankruptcy. The biggest problem to the minor enterprises is that how they can maximize favorable factors and minimize unfavorable ones .The emergence of e-commerce points out a good way to the minor enterprise.But there are many problems in the process of using e-commerce, such as funds, technology, pattern selection and so on. This article analyzes the current situation in the minor enterprise and then present the topic of how to suitably carry on e-commerce in minor enterprise . By using the theory of Economics, it deeply analyzed electronic commerce's influence on enterprise's competitive power. It considered that electronic commerce was the effective ways for enterprise to achieve its competitive advantage and promote its competitive power.This article starts with the appearance, development and current situation of e-commerce, analyzes the necessity of using e-commerce for the minor enterprise. Then the article proposes a mode that is suitable for China's minor enterprise. This article finally proposes some successful methods to avoid the risks in e-commerce.
