With the information age economy coming and the rapid development of electronic commerce, which is a new business model to become the economic focus of the current. For at the front of economic development of small and medium-sized enterprises, how to use the electronic commerce mode of operation to maintain its competitive position in the market, and is also an important issue to be solved. However, in the face of the ever-changing market environment and enterprise’s strong competition, small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of e-business application also appeared a lot of confusion:as to how successful implementation of e-commerce, the implementation of the process factors which is worthy of note, how the enterprise should use their problems to develop electronic commerce etc.. This paper is based on the above questions, each other by way of combining theory with practice, the key factors to study e-commerce application of small and medium enterprises in Anhui province.This paper first describes the general situation of e-commerce application of SMEs in our province, and makes a detailed data analysis to show the importance of the application of electronic commerce, the classical theory of previously associated with electronic commerce one in detail, and show the research way of thinking, and from several aspects in-depth analysis of influence factors of e-commerce application small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province, and then constructed a basic model for the analysis of small and medium-sized enterprise electronic commerce application. Thirdly, constructs a theoretical model based on the previous analysis, collected through questionnaire survey report of small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province, analysis and quantitative analysis of questionnaire results, so the factors of small and medium enterprises in our province the application effects are discussed. Finally, based on the analysis of the results, the conclusion of this paper, so as to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our province of e-commerce provides practical significance.
