The Study Of "changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan" Urbanization Based On New Classical Economics

21st century will be a new urban century.World urbanization is speeding forward in an unprecedented pace,and showed a colorful trend.The formation and expansion of urban agglomeration has become a common trend of urbanization,and it also plays a critical role during the urbanization process.In some regions,which have a faster economic development speed and urbanization lever,the development and improvement of urban agglomeration is a main promote of urbanization development. Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan are located in a key position of Hunan.They have superiority in economy,technology and culture.And they are expected to have historical responsibility for Hunan urbanization development.Therefore,the study on urbanization development of urban agglomeration which is made up of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan is practically significant for the process of urbanization,not only for Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area,but also for the entire Hunan province.In order to study the urban agglomeration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan,this paper will be in a new angle of view based on New Classical Economics and urbanization theory to analyse the relationship between trading efficiency and urbanization.Firstly,the paper constructs a model which is fit for the reality of the division in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration,and then uses infra- marginal analysis theory to analyse the relationship between urbanization and division.The empirical analysis shows:the size of transaction efficiency determines the equilibrium level of division evolution,and then it determines the level of development of urbanization.So we get to know that transaction efficiency and urbanization have a close relationship.It offers us a theoretical basis for empirical study on how the transaction efficiency effects the formation of urban.Secondly,we select some alternative transaction efficiency indicators,such as government system, infrastructure,education level of urban population etc.,to empirical analyse the impact of these factors on urbanization of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration. And we try to give the result a reasonable explanation.Based on all the analysis above,we get to know:only by accelerate the integration of government system innovation,education and the social security system,learns from superior FDI,as well as stimulate consumption,can we increase the transaction efficiency,reduce the space cost and accelerate the urbanization level of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.
