In the recent years,with the development of economic integration of the Changsha- Zhuzhou -Xiangtan Megalopolis,the local governments of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan are facing social, environmental,population,resources and other public issues,and these issues were moving to the administrative region adjacent the megalopolis. These series problems were still dependent on the coordination of the Government.But the Government of Changsha- Zhuzhou -Xiangtan Megalopolis Agglomeration coordination mechanisms still remain to be improved in many aspects.So the Government of Changsha- Zhuzhou -Xiangtan Megalopolis in the coordination of the research was very necessary o In this paper,I will give an overview of government co-ordination model about the main cities at home and abroad through the group,comparing their advantages and disadvantages on the basis of the Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan cities and trying to build a base for the government co-ordination mode of development.The full text researched systematically the Government of Changsha- Zhuzhou -Xiangtan Megalopolis Agglomeration model coordination mechanisms in following parts.By analyzing the necessity of the governmental coordination mechanism in development of urban agglomeration and giving a description of the city,as well as government co-ordination of urban agglomeration and theoretical knowledge of related concepts,we demonstrated the importance of government co-ordination group for the development of cities so as to build the theoretical groundwork.On the basis of the coordination mechanism in three major typical urban agglomeration,including Japan,the Pearl River Delta and U.S.,the From the center-led,joint portfolio,community cooperation groups in these cities in coordination with the Government on the type of point of view,by analyzing advantages and disadvantages of these governmental co-ordination mechanisms for urban agglomeration,summarized Megalopolis Agglomeration Construction of coordination mechanisms and development of reference for a group of Chinese cities especially the Government of Changsha- Zhuzhou -Xiangtan.Based on theses researches and analyses,we give a coordination mechanism urban agglomeration model which is scientific and practical and is suitable for Chinese government - suitable for inter-provincial-level administrative region in non-urban agglomeration of″top-down two-tier″of government co-ordination mechanisms and appropriate cross-provincial-level administrative region in the urban agglomeration of the″urban coalition″government coordination mechanisms.Finally,we find out a specific government co-ordination mode,say″top-down two-tier″model of government co-ordination mechanism considering characteristics of Changsha- Zhuzhou -Xiangtan Megalopolis,also we described relevant principles and specific operation in coordination with the Government of Urban Agglomeration Model.
