The studies faced on SMEs are Still less.This article studies the relation between social capital and SMEs' technological innovation performance, make knowledge acquisition and absorption capacity as middle variable. In order to explain the mechanism that social capital impact on SMEs' technological innovation performance, this article presents a series of assumptions on the basis of the existing theory, make an investigation through the questionnaire in the form of more than 170 small and medium enterprises. At last, this article make the end result:SMEs social capital have a positive promotion role in the technological innovation, through the acquisition and the ability to absorption of knowledge.
