Research On The Impact Of Implicit Knowledge Acquisition On Technological Innovation Performance

High and new technology enterprises that consider as knowledge and technology intensive are playing an important role in the new economy era, the technological innovation ability is an important guarantee for its core competitive advantage. Due to their limited resources condition, high and new technology enterprises have to acquire more knowledge resources from outside continuously, especially implicit knowledge that is not easily coded, the acquisition of implicit knowledge has become the source of technological innovation of high and new technology enterprises. The enterprises must transfer the implicit knowledge that from outside into their selves effectively, only in this way, can they maximize the value of implicit knowledge, and improve the performance of technological innovation. The knowledge transformation theory is a frontier issue in knowledge management field, especially the empirical analysis is lacked. This paper not only enrich the internal relationship research in the angle of theory, but also broaden the ways and means of acquiring tacit knowledge in the angle of reality for enterprises, help the government promulgated the policies and measures to promote the steady development of high and new technology enterprises, and provide powerful intellectual support.First of all, this paper reviews the relevant researches of implicit knowledge acquisition, knowledge transformation and technological innovation performance from domestic and foreign, then, considers high and tech technology enterprise as the research object, divide the implicit knowledge acquisition to two dimensions, concludes skillful implicit knowledge acquisition and cognitive implicit knowledge acquisition, with knowledge transformation as a meditative variable, explore the effects of different types of implicit knowledge acquisition on technological innovation performance of high and new technology enterprises. According to the theoretical model and hypotheses, this paper use SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 for data statistical analysis and hypothesis test to check the data of questionnaire collected. Through the empirical analysis, draw the following conclusions:(1) Implicit knowledge acquisition have a significant positive impact on technological innovation performance of high and new technological enterprises; wherein, the skillful implicit knowledge acquisition and cognitive implicit knowledge acquisition both have a significant impact on technological innovation performance;(2) Implicit knowledge acquisition have a significant positive impact on knowledge transformation; the skillful implicit knowledge acquisition and cognitive implicit knowledge acquisition both have a significant impact on socialization and externalization;(3) Knowledge transformation have a significant positive impact on technological innovation performance of high and new technological enterprises; Socialization, externalization and internalization have a significant positive impact on technological innovation performance of high and new technological enterprises; The combination of positive effect on technological innovation performance are not supported;(4) Knowledge transformation play an intermediary role in the relationship between implicit knowledge acquisition and technological innovation performance; Socialization, externalization and internalization play an intermediary role in the relationship between implicit knowledge acquisition and technological innovation performance but combination not.There are two innovations in this paper:(1) this paper considers the transformation of knowledge as a mediator, to explore the dynamic process from the perspective of implicit knowledge acquisition effect on technological innovation performance in implicit knowledge;(2) Based on the dynamic transformation process of knowledge management, this paper empirical analysis the relationship of the implicit knowledge acquisition and knowledge transformation.
