Enterprises will face more complex opportunities and challenges from the third scientific and technological revolution to industrial "4.0".The knowledge innovation of enterprise employees has become the core issue of enterprise development.This is especially true for technology-oriented enterprises in the context of rapid technological upgrading.How to survive and enhance the value of employees in technological enterprises has become an increasingly serious problem.One of the most important indicators to measure employee value is employee's innovation performance.The innovative atmosphere perceived by employees can improve their knowledge absorption ability.The ability to absorb knowledge reflects the ability of employees to master new knowledge to a great extent.It is a comprehensive reflection of employee's learning ability.Good knowledge absorption ability plays an extremely important role in improving innovation performance.Through theoretical deduction and empirical research,this study summarizes the recent research on innovation atmosphere,knowledge absorption capacity and innovation performance.Based on previous theories,this paper puts forward the hypothesis between innovation atmosphere,knowledge absorption ability and innovation performance,and establishes a theoretical model of the relationship between innovation atmosphere and innovation performance with knowledge absorption ability as the mediating variable.By using the questionnaire survey method,this paper quotes the well-known knowledge absorption ability and innovation performance scale from abroad,as well as the innovation atmosphere scale optimized by many scholars and experts at home and abroad,to collect data by sending out questionnaires.SPSS software is used to analyze the data of the pre-survey questionnaire,and further refine the scale which is more in line with the theme of this study.Secondly,we issue questionnaires in technological enterprises,conduct formal questionnaires,and make reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the returned questionnaires,verify hypotheses and draw conclusions of empirical analysis.Through empirical research,we find that innovation atmosphere has a positive impact on knowledge absorption ability and innovation performance respectively,and knowledge absorption ability has a positive impact on innovation performance.Moreover,knowledge absorption capacity plays a mediating role between innovation atmosphere and innovation performance.Finally,from the perspective of innovation atmosphere,knowledge absorptive capacity and innovation performance,the paper puts forward some suggestions for enterprises,which can provide some reference value for improving staff's knowledge learning level,improving innovation performance and embodying staff's own value.
