China's iron and steel industry is an important component of the national economy, but business-to-steel products marketing strategy theoretical research lag behind the general consumer goods, because China's market conditions and environment are unique, the overseas advanced marketing strategy and the idea also have the aspect which many does not adapt. Therefore, China's iron and steel enterprises urgent need marketing theory for the current market environment in China to guide the iron and steel enterprise marketing management. At the same time, it should be noted that China's iron and steel is a big country, rather than iron and steel power. In the above context, the thesis to Valin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " Valin lysteel") as the research object, use marketing theory and the method of combining practical, in accordance with the pattern of economic development, from the angle of enterprises discussed in the face of increasingly fierce competition environment, ripple through the marketing strategy of innovation, and maintain a long-term competitive advantage, long-term development of enterprises.This paper studied the Valin lysteel's own condition , through its marketing environment and product mix, target markets, pricing strategies and international and domestic steel enterprises status, in combination with the "11th Five-Year Plan" and "2009-2013 product" strategic planning of Valin lysteel, and offered Valin lysteel products, market channel, prices and other marketing mix strategy.
