That is to realize Lianyuan Steel's development strategic target of fine quality steel sheet production base with all the operation and work focused on optimization of product mix, leaded by reform and innovation, by means of expanding strategy, low cost strategy, competition strategy, innovation strategy, sales and marketing strategy.
