Enterprise Network Architecture For Innovative Performance Research

In the market environment of much intense competition, more and more firms have recognized that one firm can hardly win the living and developing space only by himself. The firm that wants to live need for a specialized division of labor and resources cooperation, and thus the enterprise network has increased. The enterprise network plays more and more important role in the enterprise's innovation performance.Although researches about the enterprise network and enterprise's innovation performance are increasing, few researches can be found about the relation between the structure of enterprise network and enterprise's innovation performance for being lack of new methods and new tools. In this context, based on the relevant studys of the structure of enterprise network and enterprise's innovation performance, taking enterprise as the research point, this paper quantitatively analyzes the model of the structure of enterprise network positively influencing enterprise's innovation performance roundly, and then systematically analyzes the relationship between relation actors, relation intensity, structure attributes, namely the 3 dimensions of the structure of enterprise network, and enterprise's innovation performance.This paper applies structural equation model analysis of the data collected from 130 companies in China to test and analyze the conceptual framework. After the qualitative and quantitative analysis, we come to the following conclusions:(1)Based on the data got from the questionnaire, this dissertation tests the dimension of the components of the structure of enterprise netowrk, i.e., relation actors, relation intensity, structure attributes.Results show that there are seven dimensions of relation actors, that is, the custormer, the supplier, the competitor, the university and scientific research institution, the facilitating agency, the government agency and the financial agency. Relation intensity involves four dimensions: the frequency degree, the intimacy degree, the faith degree and the reciprocity degree. Structure attributes contain four dimensions: network size, network density, network stability and betweenness centrality. (2) Using the approach of the structural equation model, this paper validates that the conceptual model, which confirms that the three dimensions, i.e., relation actors, relation intensity, structure attributes, of the structure of enterprise network can influence enterprise's innovation performance, is acceptable, which means that the structure of enterprise network positively and significantly influences the enterprise's innovation performance.The above finding deepens understanding the relationship between the structure of enterprise network and enterprise's innovation performance, which makes this research more exploratively significant. Overall, based on the relevant research, the follow major progress are achieved in this study: (1)Taking the components of the structure of enterprise network as a point, this paper verifies the micro dimensions of the structure of enterprise network, which lays foundation for the further research of the structure of enterprise network; (2)This paper provides the logical foundation for the analysis of influence mechanism between the structure of enterprise network and enterprise's innovation performance, and expands the organizational strategic framework for the analysis, while providing some practice guidance.
