Innovation is the key to the establish core technologies and competitiveness of enterprises.In the the new era,China has placed innovation at the height of its national strategy,emphasizing on many occasions that “innovation is the primary driving force for development”,and we must make full use of various domestic and foreign Science and technology resources,master the initiative of the core technology,establish our own areas of security and strength.In order to keep up with the pace of the times,enterprises with technological innovation as their development goal,have established formal or informal links with various entities,which having the same technological innovation development targets,based on information sharing and complementary resources,the technological innovation network appears.Among them,the enterprise that leads the development of the network have developed as the core enterprise and plays leading roles in the network,such as leadership,coordination,and control.At present,to further study the role of core corporate leadership,strengthening contact time,input resources,and reciprocity among network members,has an important impact on the improvement of technological innovation performance.This paper starts from the analysis of coordination guidance,coordination,and controls role of core enterprises in the network,explores the network role of the network relation intensity variable,and how it influences the mechanism of core enterprise leadership on technological innovation performance.On the basis of researching and arranging related literature,this paper combines core enterprise leadership and technical innovation performance into the research concept model,analyzes the role of network relation intensity in the process,and puts forward related hypotheses.In this paper,SPSS21.0 and AMOS24.0 are used for reliability analysis,correlation analysis,the validity and model fitting degree analysis.Finally,conclusions are as follows:In the technology innovation network,first of all,the core enterprise leadership has a positive correlation effect on the network relation intensity,the coordinating strength,leading force,and controlling force all have a positive impact on contact time,reciprocity,and input resources.Secondly,the network relation intensity has a positive correlation effect on the technological innovation performance.The contact time,reciprocity and input resources all have a positive impact on the technological innovation performance.Finally,between the core enterprise leadership and technology innovation performance: the leading force has a positive correlation effect on technology innovation performance;and the positive correlation of the coordinating strength and controlling force is not significant.In addition,inspection of mediating roles of network relation intensity are as follows:contact time,reciprocity,and input resources play a partial intermediary role between the leading force and technological innovation performance.In the role of coordination and control forces on the performance of technological innovation,they all act as an intermediary effect.The relevant research conclusions provides a new theoretical basis for the core enterprise leadership acting on technological innovation performance under the technological innovation network,which has practical guidance significance for the development of network member innovation-related activities and the improvement of innovation performance.
