Taxi industry is a special industry, the management of taxi companies is a job seem easier said than done the job. Taxi passenger as a result of the activities of both an economic activity and is a public welfare undertakings ; the Government asked the taxi companies to upgrade their services ,to create a harmonious social relations; businesses more concerned about how to manage the taxi drivers ,and achieve to maximize enterprise value. Achieve a win-win situation is the key to how well its own internal management of the benefits from management. Therefore, in a taxi set up an effective internal performance management system for enterprise development, the stability of the industry are of great help.This article from the performance management system summary and comparison of theoretical approach, in-depth analysis of a taxi business model and performance evaluation of the status quo, according to the characteristics of taxi industry, select the Balanced Scorecard method, set up a taxi business under the subsidiary's performance evaluation system . From the financial, customer, internal operations, learning and growth dimension of the design of the four indicators of performance evaluation through a questionnaire survey and expert scoring methods applied to evaluate the branch to determine the performance of key performance indicators, then the use of AHP to calculate the various indicators of the right weight, and finally to build in accordance with the PDCA cycle taxi enterprise performance management system.
