Objectives, Strategies And Means Of Power Supply Enterprise Information Construction

Electricity industry has its particular character and distinguishing feature, now it is in dramatically reforming process. The developing pattern of the electric grid and the enterprise is also in deep reforming. Informatization is playing a more and more important role to promote the reforming and innovation in electricity industry developing process.This paper takes the Jiangsu Electric Company and Changzhou electric power supply company as the object of study, describes the background and environment of informatization of the electric power supply company, looking back and analyzing its developing history.Combining the theory of informatization, this paper discusses the importance and necessity of informatization to the electric power supply corporation, analyzes the problems and obstacles in the developing process, brings forward the principles of information system construction.Focusing on the developing strategy of the State Grid company, this paper introduces the target of the "SG186" project, elaborates the developing idea, constructing strategy ,technique routes and methods of the information system developing, especially the pattern to concentrate the hardware and integrate the information system resources based on "SOA" architecture, describes the approaches to analyze and optimize the business process, etc.Also, it puts forward the argument of the corporation management reforming must be accordance with the informatization and more attention should be paid to the effects of non-technical factors. It discusses the importance of strengthen of the project management, organization structure and staff training, etc. In the end, it concludes the experience and cognitions, makes some prospect view of future development.We sincerely hope that this paper will promote the informatization of the electric power supply corporation and can be used to reference.
