The theory of regional economics and experimental studies of urban economy are focusing on that logistics drives industrial centralization in city/region and formulation of economy functional districts. The development of logistics network and logistics industry directly reflects the accumulative effect to the region/city economy, multiplier effect to its GDP, and effectively stimulates optimization of industry structure. As can be seen to us, the developed counties such as Europe, USA and Japan pay more attention to and support the development of modern logistics industry. First of all, they study and formulate the development planning. With the rapid growth of logistics and aviation logistics, the absence of irrational layout, which leads to over-duplicated projects and slow response system, has come to light. With the absence of systemically planning for distribution and level system as well as intense homogeneous competition in China aviation logistics industry, it is necessary for us to study and discuss it to give a boast to its healthy and rapid development. As mentioned above, the study focuses on that the distribution of aviation logistics has a major influence to the regional economy, as well as the relevance between aviation and regional economy. The Yangtze River Delta is one of the most developed economy zone in China and its aviation logistics is representative. The study analyzes the rationality of layout of aviation logistics in Yangtze River Delta .It is the aviation logistics layout should suit the local economical space pattern, and achieved in the region synthesizes the transportation cost minimum. that boom aviation logistics industry and modern logistics industry.
