| After second the world war, container transportation extended from the land to the ocean,the world started to enter the container transportation era. With the development of economic globalization, as the most important node of sea transportation, container port plays a more and more important role in the economic development of cities and regions.There are 8 major coastal ports and 26 scale above inland ports in Yangtze river delta area.But since the last century, with the rapid economic development of Yangtze river delta region,the problem about the insufficiency of ports in the area has started to highlight,which leaded a wave of port construction boom, especially the construction of container ports.Such as Shanghai port rebuilt waigaoqiaoⅠ,newly built waigaoqiaoⅡ;Ningbo port rebuilt and newly built its container terminals and so on. Along with positive expansion, there are phenomenon of excessive competition begining to appear,such as malicious to bargain,and these go against the development of container ports of Yangtze river delta area.So in the view of national maero economy, we need to do the study of how the limited resourees should be alloeated and made the best use.On the basis of a lot of paper researches and investigations,this paper analyzes concepts of port,harbor group and port layout, container port level distribution theories. Firstly, based on the first TEI@I methodology of the prediction model, predicted throughout of Yangtze river delta's container ports.Then based on the rough set theory and set pair analysis theory, sets up a comprehensive evaluation model, has been clear about the long triangle container ports structure layout structure. Finally, combined the results of the quantitative analysis of the Yangtze river delta, the division of container port of labor and positioning is analyzed.This paper to promote the Yangtze river delta container ports of group of benign competition and coordinated development, has certain practical significance. |
