Training, Based On The Goal Of Building An International Financial Center Financial Professional Certification System Development And The Internationalization Of The Shanghai Financial Talents

Shanghai is now in the process of constructing an international financial center and the building of qualified financial professional teams should enjoy priority. The construction of the international team of financial experts is the core of the human resources strategy for construction of international financial in Shanghai. And the international training to financial personnel is the key to build an international team of financial professionals.In this paper, by decomposing the strategy objectives and action plan of the construction of Shanghai international financial center, the author pointed that the development of financial certification system is important to international training to financial personnel and construction of international financial in Shanghai. By three comparisons including the international and domestic financial certification comparison, financial certification and other industry certification comparison, and international financial certification system comparisons, the author stated the development and problems of financial certification systems. By analyzing the important impact of financial professional certification to financial education system and on job training, the author put forward a strategy, which put the financial professional certification system at the core of the Shanghai international financial human resources training strategy. And the author also put forward some policy recommendations.
