Research On Emergent Need Of Short Supply Talents In International Trade And The Training Model Of High Education In N

With the rapid development of world economy and greatly economic integration, the volume of international trade has hasted at present. It has come into a new era, in which economy growth are more dependent on trade. As a coastal open city, N specifically designated in the state plan, it is opened to the entire world after economy reform, a delegate of outward economy in Yangzi-River. Because of its economy representative and development needs, it urgently needs talents in international trade. This paper mainly tells about emergent need of talents in international trade and cultivation type in University in N, so as to solve some problems in talents in international trade.Firstly, this paper sums up the new conception of talents and training model, and also the relationship between them. Through the comparison of talents in short supply and training model in China and foreign countries, it has a conclusion of universities' way of doing things, characteristics, advantages and problems.Secondly, it has a random sample survey on the talents needs in short supply of international trade in N, and acquire some data and make quantitative and qualitative analysis.Thirdly, it is focused on reform history, advantage, innovation through the analysis of cultivation type in business faculty of N University. It finds out that graduating students had some problems, such as the lack of practice innovation, in-expertise and total teaching atmosphere. It also provides the reform orientation and innovation strategies by the use of theoretical training model in other universities. At lastly, it is concentrated on the cause of difference between the core capacity, International trade-related knowledge, practical ability . Furthermore, it provides some countermeasures and opinions in order to relocation of training objectives, optimize curriculum provision, and attach importance to students' practical abilities , innovative training in international trade patterns and evaluation system for quality assessment and so on. Its main purpose is to improve comprehensive quality of talents in international trade in N University.
