Since the beginning of the 21st century, China's Internet industry is gradually moving ahead steadily in the norms, and both the amounts of netizens and the E-commerce enterprises show high growth trend. However, among the whole E-commerce enterprises, very few possesses its independent advantages and most of them belong to "labor-intensive" business, and the competition of E-commerce industry is very serious. Many products can be produced by dozens or hundreds of E-commerce enterprises, and the entire Internet industry turns from a seller's market into a buyer's market. It is not easy for a small-scale E-commerce enterprise to take its place in the field of such a highly competitive network market.Under such condition, it is the core issue for each enterprise managers to consider what kind of ways can be used by network enterprises in seeking to survive and at the same time seeking greater development. And the management of business strategy will undoubtedly be a more prominent one in many ways.The management of business strategy is the bridge connecting sustainable development and survival of a company. The successful network company must have long-term developmental business strategy for its future; otherwise it will become a puzzled ship without goals and directions.This paper selects to study "Strategy of Yihu Network Company". Research includes the following four parts:Here is the sequence of the first part. This part mainly discusses the research background, research content, research purposes, methods and significance of this paper. From this part we can have a general understanding of the whole text.The second part first explains strategy from three aspects: the concept, the formation and implementation and then analyses the external and internal environment of networks and at last analyses the strategy of the present networks, the strategy on the level of business and company.The third part discusses the present strategy and the choice of strategy of Yihu Network Company microcosmically, the main part of this paper. It first analyses the present situation in the external and internal environment of Yihu, pointing out the relations and features of the three aspects of strategy management- input, formation and performation. Then it analyses the strategy formation in Yihu Network Company, including formation on the level of business and company.The fourth part is about the problem study of strategy management in Yihu Network Company. The three stage of strategy management pierce into the entire operation of Yihu and play a most important role in Yihu's development. Problems emerging in the three stages have their own features but interrelated. It requests analyzing environment objectively and connecting context in solving problems to get the most appropriate methods. First, in accordance with the present change of enterprise environment, the managers should master dynamic change of strategy management in order to keep pace with the time. Then the managers make new strategy management with reference to the change, so as to make ready for strategy implementation better. At last, the managers put forward improving measures of management of the company.The specific innovation of this paper reflects in: 1, It is the innovation of Yihu Network Company on strategy management optimization, including the level of business and company. Through the strategy management optimization, the company's prospect is clearer. 2, It is the innovation of strategy implementation, which puts forward new measures and reformations suitable for the company.In this paper, we adopt the ways such as discovering problems, analyzing problems, solving problems, with reference to literature both abroad and domestic, so that we optimize the strategy management of Yihu Network Company, solving the existing problems of the company's strategy management and on that basis improve the company's strategy plan. Through the use of the ways of the strategy implementation effectively mentioned in this paper, the perform and management of the company will get a rapid progress, and at the same time give a good prospect for the company's shareholders and lay a good foundation for the improvement in the future.
