Formed Based On Knowledge Of Learning Capability Of Independent Innovation

The need to promote the independent innovation ability of Chinese enterprises deserves a strategically prior position in the economic and scientific development agenda, for the reason that international economic environment has been pushing China to do so, and what's more, it is a way to make Chinese enterprises more competitive. Therefore, this thesis, with knowledge theory and independent innovation as its theoretical foundation, and employing such methodologies as analyzing literature and case study, and conducting a comparatively thorough research on the formation of independence innovation ability of enterprises, is of theoretical significance and practical value. This thesis comprises the following sections:It begins with a literature review of knowledge theory and independent innovation, defining the enterprise knowledge and knowledge learning, and then classing enterprise knowledge and knowledge learning style. Then this thesis mainly focuses on the knowledge essence of independence innovation ability of enterprises, and the important role of knowledge learning in the formation of independence innovation ability of enterprises.Based on the above, this thesis expounds the internal formation mechanism of independence innovation ability of enterprises, which is based on knowledge learning. The mechanism consists of three aspects: the role that knowledge learning plays in the formation of independence innovation ability of enterprises, the factors impacting knowledge learning, the dialectical interaction between knowledge learning and the formation of independence innovation ability of enterprises. After that, this thesis discusses the formation of independence innovation ability of enterprises from both the perspective of exogenous-based knowledge learning and the perspective of endogenous-based knowledge learning. Then, knowledge learning process and how it fosters innovation ability are studied in detail in three models respectively: introducing mode, cooperative mode and the original model. At last, the case of Guangzhou Guangri Elevator Industry Co. is studied as an example of exogenous-based knowledge learning and that of ZTE Corporation as an example of endogenous-based knowledge learning.
