In the era of knowledge economy,cross-project learning between completed projects and new development projects is a special form of knowledge flow, sharing and creation, which can effectively improve organizational efficiency and enterprise competitiveness.Knowledge-based enterprises are typical project-based organizations, and the learning willingness of knowledge recipients is a prerequisite for cross-project learning activities. However, many enterprises have the problem of poor implementation of cross-project learning activities. In addition,Expectation-Confirmation Theory has been widely used in various fields, but rarely used in learning fields and cross-project learning. Therefore, based on the Expectation-Confirmation Theory,it is of certain theoretical and practical significance to study the influencing factors of the knowledge-based enterprise employees'continuous cross-project learning willingness.Based on the Expectation-Confirmation Theory, this paper constructs a theoretical model about the influencing factors of the knowledge-based enterprise employees' continuous cross-project learning willingness, proposes relevant research hypotheses, issues questionnaires and collects data, and analysis the data of samples by using SPSS22.0 and AMOS23.0,and verifies the validity of the theoretical model in this paper. The research of this paper shows that the influencing factors of the knowledge-based enterprise employees' continuous cross-project learning willingness include perceived internal knowledge usefulness, perceived internal knowledge accessibility, perceived knowledge growth, expectation confirmation,cross-project learning satisfaction and external knowledge usefulness.Among them, perceived internal knowledge usefulness, perceived internal knowledge accessibility, perceived knowledge growth and cross-project learning satisfaction directly, significantly and positively affect the continuous willingness toward cross-project learning;expectation confirmation has an indirect positive impact on it.In addition, external knowledge usefulness negatively moderates the relationship between perceived internal knowledge usefulness and continuous cross-project learning willingness. This article explores the influencing factors of the knowledge-based enterprise employees, continuous cross-project learning willingness, its research results not only enrich the Expectation-Confirmation Theory and its application in cross project learning, enhances the enterprise managers' understanding of the importance of cross-project learning activities effectively improve employees' enthusiasm, organizational efficiency and enterprise competitiveness, and also provides the basis for enterprise managers to take knowledge governance measures to enhance employees' continuous cross-project learning willingness.
