Engineering Project Coordination Management Case Research Based On The Stakeholder Theory

Now, the modern project tasks have become more complex on account of the development of the society and techniques. It has an increasing demand to the demand of time, cost and quality. Project stakeholders’support and participation has become an important factor of successful project. The project manager should coordinate all the project stakeholders’conflicts. In china,the solar photovoltaic generation has been considered as an important industry. It is necessary to know how to coordinate the project stakeholders of solar photovoltaic generation.In this paper, the project stakeholders of solar photovoltaic generation are defined. which includes main project stakeholders and secondary project stakeholders. This paper descripts the content and measures of coordination management, how to evaluate the coordination degree of project stakeholders, and take the appropriate strategy to improve the coordination of project stakeholders.This paper descripts an actual solar photovoltaic generation case to show how to define and grade the project stakeholders, and how to evaluate the coordination degree of project stakeholders for taking the appropriate strategy to improve the coordination of project stakeholders.
