In morden society, human resource has become the first element and strategic resource promoting the socio-economic development. One of the biggest problems that modern enterprises are facing is the loss of human resource. How to retain the matching of human resource with the ecological environment and the integral stability, has become the focus problem of enterprises. This research introduces the theory of the ecosystem to the study of the enterprise human resources development and management, through qualitative research and quantitive research, discussing the influence factors of enterprise human resources ecosystem stability, with a view to provide theoretical support to the dynamic adaptation of the enterprise human resource and the ecological environment, and provide new ideas and methods to the enterprise human resource development and management.The paper divides into three major parts: the background research, the fundamental research and the empirical studies. The paper's first part elaborated the selected topic significance, the definition of related concepts and the logical frame; the fundamental research part mainly introduce the ecological system theory , the influnce factors of human resource stability, and human resources ecosystem studies. In this foundation, it has confined the enterprise human resource ecosystem stability connotation, and establishes this research's rationale. In the diagnosis studies part, firstly it uses the qualitative research to sum up the initial influence factors of enterprise human resource ecosystem stability, and designed the preliminary questionnaire. Secondly through the exploratory analysis of the questionnaires, the results of exploratory factor analysis show that the influence factors of the enterprise human resource ecosystem stability is a multi-dimensional structure of six factors. Finally, through the confirmatory factor analysis shows that the influence factors of the enterprise human resource ecosystem stability is a parallel structure of the six factors, including the leadership qualities, enterprise culture, staff quality, human resource development and management environment, comparative advantages of enterprise external business environment.
