In the new normal environment for China's economic restructuring and upgrading,enterprises are supposed not to seize the resources and markets but also to retain talent.,Competition in the future market is ultimately the competition among enterprises.However,the traditional way of human resource management has been far away from being able to meet the needs of talents in the new technical background.Especially with the generation after 1990 s went into job markets,young talents tend to pay more attention to not only compensation and benefits,but also the advantages of location,environment and training opportunities.Therefore,the attraction,retention and incentive of the enterprise can not only be realized in traditional ways.It is imperative to study the flow of talents within corporation to measure its internal and external resources,information and energy as an organic ecosystem.This paper analyzes the running path and influencing factors of talent ecosystem at the enterprise level from the perspective of human resource value chain,and constructs corporation ecosystem assessment index system with innovative enterprises as research object.Then we use the evaluation scale to assess other innovative corporations to get comprehensive outcomes as a result of evaluation,finally using multi-linear regression to fit the evaluation model of enterprise talent ecosystem.In this paper,we use SPSS 22.0 to carry out the correlation factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis,and in the end of the study we use a case of an actual enterprise to verify the model.The conclusion of this study shows that in the process of perfecting talent ecosystem in the level of a company,talent competency should be given to the top priority,especially focus on abilities related directly to job requirements;enterprises should also pay attention to organizational capacity training to provide the talent with strong institutional guarantee;using regional polices appropriately to achieve a greenly developing ecosystem;and finally pay attention to the coordinated development of talent,organization and environment as a whole,make sure that no one of the three get a single care.This paper studies the talent ecosystem from the three aspects of human resource: value creation,value evaluation and value distribution,then identifies the elements of talent ecosystem from the view of value increment.The results can not only be applied to the improvement and perfection of enterprise talent ecosystem,but also to the value of enterprise and ensures sustainable and green development of the enterprise.The paper can provide strategic advices for regional human resource institutions through the ecological assessment of regional talent policy and from the perspective of employee perception of the overall level of enterprise talent ecosystem,all aspects of personnel needs should be taken into consideration in order for enterprises to provide more practical personnel strategies to attract,stay and motivate talents.
