A Study On Chang-zhu-tan Urban Agglomeration Industrial Structure Optimization On The Background Of Two Type Society Construction

In December2007, the state council approved to establish changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtanurban agglomeration as national resource conservation and environment friendly society(hereinafter referred to as the "two" type society construction) for synthetically reform testingdistrict. The key of two type society construction is to speed up the transformation of the modeof economic development, develop the economic quickly and well, and promote economic andsocial development and the population, resources and environment in coordination, theoptimization of the industrial structure and configuration play a fundamental and strategic rolein the building of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration two type society. Thispaper is based on the perspective of two type society construction, studies changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration as foothold, regards changzhutan industrial structure for objectand the resources and the industrial structure optimization allocation for the target, researchesand analyzes the existing problems of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration twotype society construction.This paper studies t along the though of "theory, research,countermeasures study",mainlyincluding six parts of contents. After introducing the background and significance in detail,inthe second chapter the theoretical basis of the article is reviewed in detail, the theoretical basisof the contents includes three aspects,one is two type society theory,concepts of two typesociety,the environmental friendly and resource saving are analyzed deeply;Then the theory ofurban agglomeration is introduced and the concept and characteristics of the changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration of this particular connotation are analyzed; Three is industrialstructure theory,the industrial industrial structure theory and on the basis of the industrialstructure optimization theory industry are reviewed in this paper.Relevant decisions must bedoubly cautious, work out the tally with the actual situation,the implementation of the practicaland feasible strategies,based on this consideration,in chapter4of the article respectively fromGermany, the United States, Finland and Japan about industrial structure optimization ofexperience are analyzed, and after that, the principles of the industrial structure optimizationare summarized.Chapter5of this paper is the main research results,in this chapter includes thechangsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration industrial structure optimization principlesand objectives,and then,specific proposals put forward according to these principles andobjectives,at the request of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration industrialstructure optimization strategy.
