With the upcoming implementation of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed railway infrastructure in China, interest has arisen in the spatial-economic effects this might have. People commonly think that the construction of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed railway will be able to shorten space-time distance and increase estate flows. This process may alleviate the resources bottleneck of The Yangtze River Delta and enhance the effective proliferation of technology and the economical idea to Beijing Tianjin and Hebei as well as other areas. However it is meaningful to explain a series of questions which have no conclusions through the theory and the real diagnosis reseach. Such as whether the high-speed railway can bring a fast growth along the route for all areas and whether the poor area can get rid of poverty and the proliferation pattern of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei as well as The Yangtze River Delta changes or not and how the circulation accumulative process has influence on it. This article has discussed the influence degree and influence difference which the high-speed railway gave to the urban system. This process was based on the reorganizing the domestic and foreign literature research and the learning of the Japanese New Shinkansen yearbook data. After that I chose Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as an example to elaborate the influence on the urban system.Theoretically, this article firstly paid attention to the Origin and the development of the urban system. Afterwards I elaborated the space influence on urban system. I try to explain how the high-speed railway improved the space accessibility and increased the estate flows. I elaborated under the fact of net estate inflows how the circulation accumulative process and the multiplier-accelerator effect take effect after the first round of the market scale expansion.Under the fact of net estate outflows the effect plays the operate process. I explained the significant influence on the urban economy. I also elaborated the reason why the difference produced. Finally the impact on the different urban system scale structure has been analysed. I also elaborated the reason why does the high-speed railway play role on establishing the high developed tertiary industry traffic hub urban system.The real diagnosis aspect I selected New Tokaido Shinkansen and the Northeast New Shinkansen which constructed in different times and under the different economic geography condition backgrounds. Population aggregation Index and Regional Urban Primary Index show that Population migrated and gathered to the New Shinkansen .But the Population aggregation disparity was increasing along the route. As the urban function aspect, I used the District Entropy Evaluation to elaborate the promotion New Shinkansen give to tertiary industry as well as the function structure spatial evolution along the route.The forecast part is based on the present economical situation of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and the accessibility improvement difference as well as the theory elaboration and the diagnosis case. Though the Present situation showed by the Population aggregation Index, population will migrate and gather to the area along the high-speed railway. At the same time the Population aggregation disparity will increase along the route. When part of cities along the route aggregation degree increase a lot, some cities only will get a low speed or maybe lose more resources.Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway will help for increase the Share of tertiary industry though the analysis of the District Entropy Evaluation.
