Improve The Housing Industry Policy

Called low-carbon economy in the global context, China's real estate industry faces enormous challenges. How to make the real estate industry toward a more healthy development of the road is my main research purpose of this paper. Study and research abroad in the real estate industry in developed countries, the development process come to a common direction, that is, housing industry. However, the industrialization of China in the development of residential roads, the government drive is clearly insufficient. Although China has formulated some policies to guide and promote the development of housing industry, but there are a range of issues, does not form a complete policy system. This article will focus on how the housing industry in China to implement the central objective of this research, the main research results are as follows:(1) First introduced the housing industry and the housing industry the concept and connotation, and then comparative analysis of the housing industry at home and abroad, including the background and development model, analysis of the housing industry come to China's current development model and focus on the development of orientation; and then put forward a sound China's housing industry policy system content, classification and its purpose.(2) Analysis of the policy of the housing industry in developed countries Enlightenment. Through research, comparative analysis of the housing industry of the three major developed countries——Japan, Sweden and the United States. The industrialization process of developing a series of policy measures, and a comprehensive summary of China's housing industry-related policies formulation inspiration.(3) China to promote domestic industrialization, the analysis of policies and measures have been introduced. China's housing industry to promote the process of industrial policy has been developed and its implementation were consolidated and summed up, including the implementation of the policy focus and content, the effects and the problems encountered in the final combined to give a present, China's industrial policy to develop and implement a series of problems.(4) Finally, the complete industrialization of China's domestic policy proposals.
