Bot Construction Project Financial Evaluation

BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer) project, which is a new model of financing project, has been more and more extensively used in the field of construction investment. In order to adapt to market competition and enterprise development, construction enterprises must do in-depth study with this model。BOT project financing has decades of development abroad but ten years in domestic. Compared with traditional construction project, BOT has his own characteristics and advantages, thus construction enterprises arrange BOT project management according to different patterns. The substance of the financial evaluation of BOT project is the process of which the knowledge of financial evaluation are applied to the evaluation of BOT project。Based on China's construction market financing mode of constant development and change, this article discusses the application of financial evaluation in BOT project decision-making with some relative theories and practical cases. In the process of this study, the writer uses economic mathematical model to give quantitative and reasonable study results, so the study results have a serious and solid theory foundation.
