Enterprise Energy Audit And Evaluation Indicators And Systems Research

At present, our factories basically follow the traditional way in energy consumption, which mean huge of resources being consumed. The traditional way causes low efficiency of energy consumption and huge waste of energy, and also raising the production cost of enterprises. It not only jeopardizes the performance and development of enterprises but also damages the environment as well as the sustainable development of the whole country. Currently, it is urgent to improve the existing evaluation system in enterprise energy consumption so that the enterprises' energy consuming will be standardized, energy-saving and emission-reduction will be supervised, and the sustainable development strategy of the whole society will be achieved.This article is based on the existing enterprises energy assessment system, which is established from the content and detailed requirements of the local energy audit report. The article starts from three problems about the practical use of the index in the existing system. Is it reasonable to judge and compare the enterprises in energy use by single index? Is it reasonable to make every enterprise reach the same target? Is the requirement of energy measuring equipments management fit for all enterprises? The three questions are illustrated by real cases to prove a point that the individuality of the enterprise should be taken into consideration when the energy audit is proceeding. And try to give some suggestions to improve the functions of the indexes. Then suggest improving the existing energy assessment system in four aspects.There are two aspects of meaning in this research. One is that it will make the enterprises more adjustable to the energy assessment system. And it will theoretically and practically lead the enterprises to save energy and reduce emission more actively. The other is that it will help the government know more about the enterprises. And it also will provide the reference to the government when making policies about energy saving and emission reduction.The article is based on the research work of enterprise energy audit in half a year. The subjects of the research work are the seven local big energy consumers. Through analyzing the energy use data of those enterprises, the article combines the experience in real work and the theories of energy audit.
