Highway projects as a set of economic, technology, management, organization aspects of the comprehensive social activities, There are risk factors at all the stages and aspects in implementation ,combined with the current road status of the project risk management, this study stand the perspective of the construction unit, study the risk assessment mechanism, in order to explore more scientific and reasonable risk management model. The purpose of this study include:(1) Put forward the national highways development trend of future and the Present situation, Combining of highway development in Henan Province ,have posed the importance of this study, analyzed the current situation of the project risk research At home and abroad, Made the study content, the key methods, techniques and routes.(2) Combined with the implementation of road projects and the experience of professional in highway engineering, through analyzing the research results of the project risk in recent years, the risk factors of the highway project have been classified, Based on of highway projects and system-level both within and outside the tables of the implementation phase and both within and outside the systems risk factors have been set up; and studied the quantitative methods of the highway project.(3) Through expounding utility theory, utility value of risk and dynamic evaluation model, the risk dynamic evaluation model based on utility theory has been built.(4) Inputting the project examples dates for model calculation , according to calculation results, the results of the project Various stages have been compared, and advice in model implementation has been given.
